About gigi

Gigi’s passion in her work is deeply rooted in her Spanish heritage and observation of the world around her through extensive travel, feeding a need to strongly connect with others.

Her abstract paintings depict journeys through whimsical places created out of personal memories and experiences.

The surrealist and social realism paintings she creates, serve to cast light on the injustices and hardships experienced by others and the importance of those voices continuing to be heard to highlight these ongoing issues such as racism, women’s rights, mental health and others.

Gigi invites you to discover what she sees through her use of acrylics, collage, mixed media, wax encaustics, stencilling, textures and photographs.
